Kanelbulle at Fotografiska

I recently traveled to Stockholm and discovered Fika; a ritual that Swedes enjoy on a daily basis. Fika can happen at any time of day, morning, afternoon or evening. It can be enjoyed at home, at work or in a café. You can do it alone or you can do it with friends.

Fika is about taking a moment to slow down and appreciate the good things in life.
It usually consists of a cinnamon bun called Kanelbulle, and coffee.
