Yesterday I was having afternoon tea with some friends and decided I would make some scones. I’d recently heard of scones made with Prosecco and decided to give them a go.
Baking with bubbles, what more could you want on a relaxing afternoon!
Ingredients: 600g Self Raising flour, 120g Caster Sugar, 1 tsp Salt, 250ml Prosecco and 250 ml Double Cream.
It’s a super easy recipe which I love as it only has 5 ingredients and of those most are always in my pantry!
The only tricky part I find is deciding whether the cream goes under or on top of the jam.
